  1. Shipping charges are always calculated based on the weight, dimension, and the delivery destination.
  2. Currently, we deliver from 2 locations, Malaysia & India. Our ready to ship stock takes 2 to 3 business days to be delivered in Malaysia, whereas it takes 10 to 14 days from India.
  3. If any of the products are purchased with the complete payment and unavailable for some unavoidable reasons, it will be canceled automatically and refunded. However, if the product is restocked in future - a fully new order shall be placed accordingly.
  4. Kindly note if any parcel is undeliverable/ unaccepted or unclaimed due to the error from the part of the customer/ owner without any specific instructions to within 90 days will be considered unclaimed. No refunds/ re-delivery will be entertained in such cases. The customer will have to place a fresh order in case of that. However, we will send you an email stating the refusal during the delivery.
  5. However, if the delivery is unclaimed due to the error from the courier company's side and is returned to, we will cancel the order, and then the customer will have to place a complete fresh order. No re-delivery shall be entertained in such case.
  6. Customers based in Malaysia are eligible for free delivery on orders above RM100.

International Delivery:

  1. Ready to ship products for International Delivery will take 7 to 10 working days.
  2. If the product(s) is in the transaction and not in stock due to unforeseen reasons, it will be canceled automatically and subsequently be refunded.
  3. Please note, shipping is based on the weight and the dimension of the order and is charged per order/shipping basis. Requests for separate delivery won't be entertained.
  4. We don't provide free delivery outside Malaysia.

  1. Kindly note that all taxes that include GST, VAT, or any other charges for the destination country shall be born by the customer for international shipments. is not responsible for that.
  2. If the customer refuses to pay all of the above and does not claims that package in the given time frame. will not be responsible as the courier company abandons the order after a given time frame. Refunds in such cases won't be entertained.
  3. is not responsible for the refund if the customer is unwilling to pay the customs duty or any other taxes for the pickup in their country.
  4. If the parcel fails to be delivered to the customer due to undeliverable reasons, we will refund the amount by deducting the delivery charges and any other penalty imposed.
